Official Rules: Best Choice Roofing “Free Roof Giveaway”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO BE SELECTED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Promotion Overview:

Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “BCR”) will award one (1) grand prize at the end of the prize period (“Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway Period will begin on January 29, 2025 and end on March 31, 2025. The winner will be selected on April 7, 2025. The giveaway winner will be determined from a drawing of all entries received during the prize period. The odds of winning the grand prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing.

By participating in the giveaway, each Entrant accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of BCR, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Best Choice Roofing is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Best Choice Roofing with any questions, comments, or problems related to the giveaway.

BCR reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend or terminate the “Free Roof Giveaway” without notice at any time.

2. Eligibility:

BCR employees, as well as members of their household and immediate family, are ineligible to enter the giveaway or receive the prize. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entrant is responsible for providing valid contact information. Upon each submission, BCR will attempt to verify by phone for accurate information. Each property is limited to one entry.

The giveaway winner’s home must be in suitable condition for roof installation. This includes no presence of structural, mold or water damage. Any waterproofing, remediation or other repairs required for proper installation (as deemed by BCR, in its sole discretion) must be performed at owner’s expense prior to installation.

3. Participating Offices:

Not all BCR locations are participating in the “Free Roof Giveaway.” For confirmation if a branch is participating, BCR can be reached by email at [email protected] and by mail at 105 Hazel Path, Hendersonville, TN 37075 during the giveaway period. Franchises and LLC locations operate independently from corporate locations.

4. Grand Prize:

One winner will receive up to roof replacement valued at up to $15,000
If a customer’s name is drawn who has already purchased a roof from Best Choice Roofing during the giveaway period, they will receive a reimbursement check for the cost of their roof.

The giveaway will receive BCR products, and a professionally installed roof by BCR, installed with a retail value of up to $15,000. Installation must be installed by BCR at the address listed on the winning entry form.

The prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by the recipient. Homeowner must live within 50 miles of a participating BCR branch location.

5. Recipient Notification:

The giveaway winner will be notified by phone at the phone number they provided with their entry form approximately within 24 hours of the drawing. BCR is not responsible for any delay or failure of the winner to receive notification for any reason, including inactive phone number or technical difficulties. Any recipient notification returned as undeliverable may result in giveaway forfeiture.

6. Limitation of Liability:

BCR assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access or alteration of entries; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission in any aspect of the operation of the giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or website; (e) suspended or discontinued internet or phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s computer or mobile device related to the giveaway.

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold BCR, its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in this giveaway in any way or out of the acceptance, use or possession of a prize.

7. Marketing Release:

As a condition of receiving the grand prize, the giveaway winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and return them within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification correspondence.

8. Additional Requirements:

Winner receives up to a $15,000 roof replacement
Winner will be selected in a drawing on April 7, 2025
Entires will must be received by: March 31, 2025
Entrant must be eighteen years of age
Entrant must own and live in the residence that will receive the new roof
Property must be located within BCR’s service territory, and within 50 miles of a participating BCR branch
No purchase is necessary to enter
Winner will be required to provide proof of home ownership
Winner will be required to execute a publicity release
Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes

9. Additional Entry Opportunities

Additional opportunities can be earned via:

Scheduling a free roof estimate on the confirmation call entitles each
entrant to one (1) additional entry.
Purchasing a roof during this promotional period entitles each entrant to ten (10) additional entries. This is only eligible to new customers who submit their request via the free roof giveaway form.
